Yes, ColorAnalysis is a paid subscription service. We offer a 7-day trial for a small fee so you can explore the app before your regular subscription begins. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Log in at app.color-analysis.pro using the same email address you entered when you registered. If you still cannot access your account, contact support@color-analysis.pro.
Check your inbox for your ColorAnalysis welcome email, which contains your subscription details. You may remember using our face, color or body type analysis, or trying hairstyles, hair colors, glasses, makeup or outfits with AI. To access your account, log in using the email address you registered with. If you still don’t recognize the charge, contact support@color-analysis.pro.
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your welcome email includes the trial duration, post-trial rate, upcoming charges and cancellation instructions. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.
Log in to the app, open My Style and scroll to Change Settings. Follow the link to the Stripe customer portal to manage or cancel your subscription. You can also request cancellation at support@color-analysis.pro or through the contact form. Access continues for the period you have already paid for.
