3. Subscriptions and Billing

Our service is provided on a 3-month subscription basis, which automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the current period.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
• Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund past payments unless specified below.

Free Trial and Refunds

We offer a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be billed automatically unless you cancel before it ends.

Refunds after the trial period are granted at our discretion, typically in cases of technical failure or billing errors. Please contact us at support@color-analysis.pro for refund requests.

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your billing information.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate personal color analysis, palettes, and style recommendations based on your photo, quiz answers, and preferences.

These outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or professional style advice. Accuracy may vary based on image quality and user inputs.

5. Prohibited Use

By using our Service, you agree not to:

• Upload misleading, offensive, or infringing images
• Use AI outputs for commercial resale or public publication without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, visual interfaces, design, logos, and AI-generated analysis systems are owned by Momiji Group Inc.

You retain rights to your uploaded photos and personal data. However, the generated content (e.g., style reports, palette visuals) remains the intellectual property of Momiji Group Inc., and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including uploaded images, quiz answers, and usage metrics.

We do not sell your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details and your rights.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime and platform stability, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for maintenance, legal compliance, or business needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momiji Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including inaccurate analysis or data loss.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
